Kelly Cordes makes his way up a frozen waterfall using ice axes and crampons as well as balance and focus. The Ouray Ice Park is located in the Uncompahgre Gorge in Ouray Colorado. The Park is funded mostly by the Ouray Ice Festival that happens every Martin Luther King weekend and by the festivals corporate sponsers.
